Refund Cancellation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flione Innovation and Technologies Private Limited, we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted ERP services through Nexsti. However, if an Institution wishes to cancel their subscription, the following refund and cancellation terms will apply:

1. Cancellation

  • Institutions may request cancellation of their Nexsti subscription by providing written notice via email to support@nexsti.com.

  • Cancellation is effective from the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

  • User access will remain active until the cancellation becomes effective.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only upon formal cancellation request.

  • No full refunds will be issued for subscriptions already paid.

  • Partial refunds will be considered only for annual or multi-month prepaid plans, and only for the unused portion of the subscription.

3. Deductions

Any approved refund will be subject to deductions for:

  • Services already rendered, such as setup, onboarding, training, support, or customization

  • Hosting and server costs incurred during the subscription term

  • Transactional and administrative fees, if applicable

These costs will be calculated fairly based on the duration and extent of service usage.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Month-to-month or pay-as-you-go plans

  • User non-usage or dissatisfaction unrelated to platform performance

  • Violations of Terms of Service or misuse of the platform

  • Mid-cycle withdrawal without valid cause or mutual agreement

5. Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as agreed upon in writing.
