Once the Nexsti platform has been set up and your school instance has been configured (including onboarding, system access, and any part of implementation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to:
Subscription or license fees
One-time setup or configuration fees
Training or onboarding costs
Once the setup process has begun or been completed, cancellations are not permitted. By proceeding with the setup, you acknowledge and accept the full terms of this agreement.
Refund or cancellation may only be considered under the following conditions (subject to sole discretion of Flione Innovation & Technology Pvt. Ltd.):
Payment made in error and reported within 24 hours of the transaction.
Duplicate payment for the same service/license.
In such cases, you may be required to submit written proof and identification.
By using Nexsti, you agree to abide by the above policies. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the most recent version.
